I don’t really buy many clothes for myself, except at thrift shops. I love to window shop though. I like to get ideas and am often get tempted to buy something; however, much of the time I feel guilty buying clothes because I can make them. So I prefer to save my purchases for things that fall in the areas of shoes, bags and lingerie as they are things in my “Do not make” category. I know I was a “bag variation designer” for the Burdastyle book, but in reality, I don’t put a lot of time into crafting bags etc.
But today, I made an eco bag for myself with this black and white bold stripe fabric. I used the left over fabric from the skirts I made here. I love the result! It fits a lot, and it was very easy to make.

I hung this new bag in the kitchen to hold many disposable plastic bags, and it looks more stylish than keeping them in another plastic bag. I love my little project:)
