I found out about Colette Pattern via Casey’s elegant musings. Casey made this wonderfully vintage inspired dress using one of their patterns (shown above, left). Sometimes I find it easier to draft my own pattern to fit better if it’s a simple shape, but I think their patterns are worth purchasing. It is elaborate and nicely fitted and even it’s $18 a pop it’s worth having..
I love the dress above on the right, with two different fabric – it looks so cute with polka dot-ish fabric and baby blue. This Lady Grey coat pattern is nice as well!

im satisfied with how this mini jumper came out. i started using the pattern that i purchased from etsy, the vintage pattern from 1968, but decided to drastically modify it. took off sleeve, change the shape of the skirt, made button closure instead of zipper, and added pocket. oh, also shorten the length. it is available for purchase here🙂

i just got new patterns today… i love them all! this vintage pattern comes from Dazzy2 from etsy. the pattern was so reasonable and i love this retro look.
my friend, nadia got me these burda mags from ukraine. im so excited! she has her etsy shop also. she doesnt update it much, but she paints beautifully…
