Happy New Year! You can tell that I’m getting old since I went to bed at 10:30pm on New Year Eve’s. I used to stay up all night for the holiday but I couldn’t care less now. I need my 8 hours of sleep!
Right before the New Year, I had some girl friends over for dinner. It was fun. For desert, I made “marshmallow pops”. They are super easy to make and they look fun. Kiko had a great time making these with me.
What you need: Wooden sticks, marshmallows, chocolate and chocolate sprinkles.
1. Put 2-3 marshmallow on a wooden stick.
2. Melt a chocolate.
3. Dip the top of the marshmallow on the melting chocolate and sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles.
4. Wait until they are cool. Serve with hot chocolate.
I think this pops would be so cute for a little girl’s party!
