From top: 1. French toast Saturday breakfast by Andy, 2. Kiko loves reading books, 3 & 4. Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi. New ring objects were lighted up there. 5. I got a ton of fabrics this weekend! It was more than I could carry in a train, I had to have them shipped from Nippori. This time I got many solid colors and sheer fabrics, and some plaid for the upcoming projects. 6. Reading Nikon D5000 manual intently… good luck Kiko. 7. Toys. 8. Went to a wedding this weekend. It was a lot of fun!
Weekend.

Waha, so cute Kiko’s reading the manual! I love her hair by the way, she’s getting curls! How cute! That kid is gonna be a maneater 😉

What is the shop in Nippori that you’d recommend besides Tomato? I often so overwhelmed by Tomato that I’ve no force to investigate more. I also sneak into the shops on the main street but never go anywhere further, but I am sure there’s much more than that 😉

Hi Inna, my other favorites are Zak Zak and Miki. Zak Zak has great price and if you look for it you can find good stuff like nice lace, wool or velvet in amazing price. You have to sort through a lot of polyester cheap fabric though. Miki is great for finding dressier fabrics like silk.

Thanks for letting me know! When the Golden Week is over it’s a Nippori fabric hunting 😉
