White peplum top with neon piping
Top: Pants – Vintage, Bag – Furla
Middle: Pants – Uniqulo, thrifted, Bag – ASOS, Sandles – thrifted
Bottom: Skirt – Forever 21, Pumps – ASOS, Clutch – Proenza Schouler
I recently made this peplum top for the shop, and was pleasantly surprised how versatile it is. I own a lot of dresses, so compare to a dress, a separate is much more versatile.. I came up with three ways to wear them for different occasions, and here they are 🙂 I personally felt the most comfortable wearing the top with the skinny jeans. Which styling do you like the best?
Have a great weekend!

I love this, Chie! I’ve never really considered wearing a peplum skirt before..but it looks so chic with the wide legged yellow trousers 🙂

Thank you! You know, I don’t really like ruffles and to me peplum is an extension of ruffles. So I wasn’t sure if I would like a peplum top trend, but it was surprisingly versatile! 🙂

The second is my favourite, but I’d wear it with a pencil skirt as well. 🙂

Hi Laura, I’m amazed by the possibility of the separates! I should not be making just dresses and try my hands on more pants, skirts and tops..:)
