People say babies grow up too quick, but I must admit I wished that Kiko grew up sooner while I was getting up to feed her in the middle of the night. But now she is 9 months old, I am saying the same thing… babies, especially my baby is growing up too fast!
Last week I organized Kiko’s clothes that no longer fit her. I separated them in three boxes, and labeled them “newborn” and “3-6 months”. As I was folding her newborn rompers, I got teary, realizing how tiny she was. In order to hold on to the memory a bit longer, I hung some of my favorite dresses of hers which no longer fit her on the wall.
I am conciously trying to adapt to her changes as she grows up. I try not to baby her too much as she is more able now and wants to do things herself. She is going to be one year old in less than 3 months…
I am thrilled to see her grow and mature and would not change it for a moment, but still a tinge of loss hits me from time to time.

three years gone by, and my little girl is now a little human! so amazing and cool to see how she grows/learns, but for sure miss some baby times.
now I have a second one, who is already 10days old, I don’t want her to grow up…! I want her to stay as cute and cuddly forever!!!!!!
